Please bring:

-2 blankets

-yoga mat

-journal & pen

-EMPTY BELLY (eat 1-2 hours before)

-eye pillow/cover

-dress in loose clothing for acupunture

-if you have something you'd like to place on an alter ( a feaher, a picture, a crystal) we make so it gets charged up, bring it!

Info: Arrive a little early if possible - doors open at 3:45 PM, and check-in will run until 4:15 PM. During check-in, new clients will complete acupuncture and breathwork waivers, then have a brief consult with Paige to discuss your focus areas. She’ll use this time to determine the most supportive needle placement for your unique needs. The process is intentional, personalized, and designed to set you up for the best experience possible.
