About this Event

Join Jessica Sunday, December 28th at Arlington Yoga Center and take time to slow down and relax with 30 minutes of yin yoga followed by a 30 minute sound bath with the quartz crystal sound bowls. This is our last sound bath of 2025 and a perfect opportunity to ground, meditate, release, and let go of 2025 with gratitude in order to make way for the year ahead.
