Relaxpansion

Join Rose and Dorothy for a beautiful, heart-centered gathering for the Spring Equinox. It is a moment to be impeccable with our inner balance: light and dark, yin and yang. Like the seasons, we too live in cycles. We will practice shedding layers like the snake into our most expanded selves. Relaxpansion is an ongoing offering each month to ground and attune to the frequencies of intuition, creativity, and love.

We will open the space by sharing cacao and a fire ceremony led by Dorothy. Cacao is a heart-opening medicine from Meso America that connects us more deeply to our Selves. It also opens us to our authentic inner voice to channel our prayers. We will work with the fire to bring our ancestral stories and wisdom, make offerings, and to open ourselves to receive illumination on the path. Dorothy spent four years living in Guatemala studying cacao with the plant spirits in the jungle and Mayan elders.

Secondly, we will transition into a practice led by Rose called “Angel Hands”— each participant will have the opportunity to name their desires, and each person will give and receive healing energy and/or body work in small groups. Each one of us carries gifts to assist in the healing of others. This is a safe space that inspires more of the awakening of these gifts.

We will end the evening with an angelic soundbath guided by Rose.

Relaxpansion is part of our devotion to creating heart-centered spaces for us to ground, shed, relax, expand, and connect. This offering is designed by healers for healers to support our collective intelligence, resourcing, and growth.

Facilitator Bios:

Dorothy is a Priestess of the Eternal Rose, intuitive healer, somatic coach, and cacao ceremonialist. She began working with cacao in 2018 while on a journey in Guatemala. Before long, she was asked to serve cacao and then invited to co-found Cacao Source, a direct trade ceremonial cacao social business. She spent four years in deep communion with the cacao trees, land, its guardians, and the Mayan elders. In 2022, she made the journey back to the USA to share this medicine. Dorothy offers 1:1 Heart Council Sessions that weave together sacred space, channeled messages, cacao, intuitive healing, and somatic integration.

Rose is a Priestess of the Eternal Rose, singer, musician, sound bath curator, tantric facilitator, and shamanic body worker. Through a background in herbalism, Rose began her path of deep listening to the natural world and it's subleties. A strong connection to her Nordic ancestors has paved the way for a deeply embodied spiritual wisdom. She uses her voices to open realms for healing. Rose offers 1:1 Session for Shamanic Body Work.
