My relaxing Sound Journey sessions are an invitation to let the noise of everyday life soften and to reconnect with your inner stillness. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and my singing voice, I guide you on a meditative journey inward.
You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations and melodies to gently move through you.
There’s no effort needed.
Just Rest. Receive. Breathe.

Sound works beyond the thinking mind - it helps calm your nervous system and release built-up tension in the body. In just 1.5 hours, you may experience a deep emotional and energetic shift - as if your inner world has gently rearranged itself. Through sound and stillness, your body can unwind, your mind can clear, and your energy can begin to flow again.

As we step into a new year, this session invites you to pause and listen inwardly. In the stillness, and through the language of sound, your inner voice becomes easier to hear and to trust. This evening is an opportunity to connect with that quiet wisdom within you, to feel what truly wants to unfold, and perhaps even sense a gentle direction or intention for the year ahead.
Each Sound Journey is unique - it meets you where you are and offers exactly what you need in that moment. You may leave feeling softer, lighter, and more connected to yourself, with renewed clarity and calm to carry into the months ahead.

Hidden in the heart of The Hague, the Barthkapel is a peaceful oasis. Once part of an old monastery, it carries a serene and grounding energy - the perfect place to unwind after the week and ease into your weekend with calm and clarity. The combination of its magical acoustics, warm candlelight, and stillness makes it the perfect place to unwind and ease into relaxation and surrender.

🪶 How to prepare
- Bring a yoga mat

- Bring a journal and a pen
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
