My relaxing Sound Journey sessions are an invitation to let the noise of everyday life soften and to reconnect with your inner stillness. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and my singing voice, I guide you on a meditative journey inward.
You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations and melodies to gently move through you.
There’s no effort needed.
Just Rest. Receive. Breathe.
🌸 About the experience
Sound works beyond the thinking mind - it helps calm your nervous system and release built-up tension in the body. In just 1.5 hours, you may experience a deep emotional and energetic shift - as if your inner world has gently rearranged itself. Through sound and stillness, your body can unwind, your mind can clear, and your energy can begin to flow again.
✨ Friday the 13th Special
They say Friday the 13th is unlucky - but not for us. Number 13 happens to be my lucky number, and Friday my favorite day of the week. This Sound Journey is all about turning old beliefs upside down and inviting in a new perspective. Instead of fear or superstition, we’ll celebrate softness, synchronicity, and the quiet magic that unfolds when you simply allow yourself to be your wonderful, true self. Time to get (extra) lucky ;).
Each Sound Journey is unique - it meets you where you are and offers exactly what you need in that moment. You may leave feeling softer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

Hidden in the heart of The Hague, the Barthkapel is a peaceful oasis. Once part of an old monastery, it carries a serene and grounding energy - the perfect place to unwind after the week and ease into your weekend with calm and clarity. The combination of its magical acoustics, warm candlelight, and stillness makes it the perfect place to unwind and ease into relaxation and surrender.

🪶 How to prepare

- Wear soft, layered clothing - your body may cool down pretty fast as you relax
- Bring a journal and a pen
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
