Come join us for a blissful evening of relaxation at Wakefield Spiritualist Church. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle music to unwind and de-stress. Let the vibrations wash over you, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. Treat yourself to this rejuvenating experience and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.What to bring/ wear:
Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)
Water
Comfortable, warm clothes
Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional)
Journal (optional)
*if you struggle with laying down, there will be chairs available for you to sit down and soak up the chilled vibes*

Sound baths are not advised if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker, if you are epileptic or have a severe mental health condition.
No booking required for this event, £8 pay on the door, cash only please.
Doors open at 6:45 pm.
Free Parking after 6pm at Turton Street Car park, just a 1 minute walk away from the church.
