✨ RELAXing SOUND BATH ✨
with gong & Himalayan singing bowls
📅 Saturday, 30 May
🕖 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
I warmly invite you to an evening of deep relaxation and inner calm, immersed in the soothing sounds of the gong and Himalayan singing bowls.
No experience is needed - simply come as you are, get comfortable, we will start with few breathing exersices to help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system then simply lie down, and allow yourself to rest.
The calming vibrations and peaceful atmosphere will take care of the rest ✨
A sound bath may help you:
🤍 deeply relax your body and mind
🤍 regulate and reset your nervous system
🤍 release stress and tension
🤍 improve sleep and emotional balance
🤍 slow down and reconnect with yourself
🤍 create space for calm, clarity, and inner peace
After the session, the space will remain open until 9:00 PM for anyone who would like to stay a little longer for tea and chat etc ☕✨

– a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on ( I will have few spare)
– a blanket or sleeping bag, and as many cushions as you’d like
(I also recommend placing support under your knees for extra comfort)
– water
– and an openness to relax ✨

✨ A little bit about me, in case we haven’t met yet ✨
My name is Monika, and I’ve been living in Northampton for the past few years. Most of my yoga classes are currently taught in Polish, so if you haven’t come across me before — now you know why 😊
I’ve been practising yoga for around 12 years and teaching for over 8 years. I’m a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and my main place of study is the Parmanand Institute of Yoga Science and Research in India, where I continue to return regularly each year to deepen my knowledge and practice.
My training includes:
– 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training
– 300-hour Yoga Therapy Training
– 2-year IAYT Yoga Therapy diploma
– Breathwork trainings
– BBM Meditation
– Neuroscience in Yoga
– and many additional courses and continued education trainings
I truly believe yoga is an endless well of knowledge, and I’m constantly learning, studying, exploring, and deepening my understanding of both the practice and the human body and mind.
Yoga became a very important part of my life after helping me through my own health challenges, which is one of the reasons I felt called to share it with others.
Alongside yoga, I also fell in love with sound sessions and the deeply calming experience they can offer. After experiencing their impact myself, I decided to continue learning in this field as well, completing trainings both in the UK and in Nepal.
Whether it’s yoga or sound work, I’ve always believed in learning as close to the source as possible. That’s why I travel to India every year to continue studying, exploring, and deepening my understanding with humility and curiosity.
What I share comes not only from training and certificates, but also from years of personal practice, experience, and genuine passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, rest, and reconnect with themselves 🤍
