Relax and rebalance your mind, body, and soul with a restorative sound healing session from Laura Degelmann, Owner of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing. Our bodies, like everything in the universe, vibrate at specific frequencies. Stress and daily life can disrupt these natural vibrations. Attending a sound healing session can help restore your body's natural frequencies that often become out of sync as we live our lives. During the session you will first be guided through a short meditation to help you relax and focus inward. Then you will simply lie back and tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, and shakers.
