Join us for a magical Christmas adventure with our Relaxed Santa Safari Sessions - specially adapted for guests who would benefit from a calmer, more sensory-friendly experience.
We want everyone to enjoy the magic of Christmas in a way that feels comfortable for them. ❤️

✨ What to Expect
To create a calmer and more comfortable experience, we’ll be making a few adjustments:
🌟 No Animatronics - Moving and singing figures will be switched off in the Park and Grotto.
🌟 Gentle Lighting - Lighting will remain static, with minimal twinkling.
🌟 Quieter Music - Background music will be played at a reduced volume throughout the Grotto, with low-level music in other areas of the Park.
🌟 A Santa Visit at Your Own Pace - Santa will be ready to welcome you with his gentle, softly spoken approach. You can interact as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, even if that’s simply waving hello!
🌟 Optional Elevator Experience - Our immersive 360° elevator journey will be entirely optional, with team members available to guide guests along an alternative route if preferred.
🎄 The same Christmas magic, with a few thoughtful changes to help create a more relaxed experience.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and while we may not be able to accommodate every individual requirement, we hope these adjustments help make the experience more enjoyable for those who prefer a quieter environment.
