The combination of yin yoga for relaxation and stretching with sound bath healing for deep meditation will bring you into a deeper mind/body connection. Join Natalie of Namaste for a Beer Yoga and Casey of Be Blessed Natural Healing for a magical experience hosted by Deviant Wolfe Brewing. We will start with Yin Yoga poses to balance each chakra combined with singing bowls, chimes, and other amazing instruments that lead into a very long savasana.
Includes a Deviant Wolfe beer following practice. Bring a yoga mat and any yoga props that you would like to use such as block, extra blanket, or pillow for lying down in savasana.
