Join me, Naomi Rachel, for a relaxing yoga session, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to unwind and simply relax.
I’ll be sharing techniques to help you de-stress, let go of the day, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re looking to clear the ongoing thoughts in your mind or calm your nervous system, this non-judgemental yoga class is for you.
No need to bring any equipment, as I’ve got you covered. Just bring water, comfy clothes, and a blanket if you wish.
Take a mid-week pause and join me for some “Hump Day” yoga. You deserve it! I look forward to meeting you.
