SUNDAY 28th September 10am-12pmAre you interested in helping your child heal and positively channel their emotions? Then this is the workshop for you.
Maybe your child struggles with anxiety or stress or can find it challenging to focus when overwhelmed?
I myself, Justine Markley am a Holistic therapist and coach specializing in childrens mental health through EFT (emotional freedom tapping) NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and breathwork, mindfulness and healing.
I will be giving the children the opportunity to express themselves through arts and crafts, healing AND learning all about meditation, breathwork, holistic ways to self regulate their emotions by feeling good!
