A non-residential course based on the outskirts of Whitby, offering a weekend of different types of relaxation practices and Yoga Nidras. The course is open to qualified yoga teachers or wellness facilitators who wish to deepen their understanding of guided relaxation, its history, and different genres. Graduates will be able to advertise and lead relaxation and/or Yoga Nidra sessions. The course includes recommended reading and home practice requirements for those who wish to qualify as facilitators.
