Join us for a peaceful two-hour journey into relaxation and healing.
This class combines a calming guided meditation with the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki to help release tension, balance your energy, and reconnect you with your inner calm. Perfect for all experience levels, this session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace.
Kristen Smith-Cabrera is a dedicated mother, student, and a Therapeutic Art Facilitator with a deep passion for holistic wellness and personal growth. With experience as an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Tarot Reader, and Astrologer, she brings a unique blend of intuition and insight to her work. She is currently pursuing studies to become a mental health professional and completing yoga teacher training, blending these practices to support healing and self-discovery for herself and others.
