Relaxation Class

Come join us for a Relaxation Class at Observatory Practice in Plymouth, UK! Take a break from your busy day and unwind with us. This in-person event will help you de-stress and find your inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome. Let's relax, breathe, and rejuvenate together. See you there!

Our blissful Relaxation Classes include:

• mindfulness techniques
• gentle mindful movement
• breathing technique
• meditation
• guided relaxation
• tips for continuing your relaxation practice

Classes will include sitting on a mat or chair, some gentle movement, and lying on a mat on the floor if you are comfortable to so do.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to the class, including a warmer item for the relaxation/meditation section. You might like to bring your own water bottle/drink. Mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Your tutor is Jo Perry – clinical hypnotherapist, lecturer, and supervisor. Jo has nearly ten years of experience in hypnotherapy, and over twenty years of teaching experience. She is also the Proprietor of The Observatory Practice
