You’ll learn how acupressure uses gentle pressure on specific points to open pathways of energy, release emotional tension, and support the body’s natural healing intelligence. Wear soft, relaxing clothing so your body can settle into ease.
Feel free to bring a blanket and pillow or yoga mat if you’d like to lie down and fully receive the sound and energy work.
