Join us for 1 hour event to Relax. Restore. Rewind.The session begins with 30 min Yoga nidra followed by Sound healing (Crystal Singing Bowls, 28” Gong, Koshi Chimes, Wind Chimes and Ocean Drum which will accompany you into a wonderful space within for peace and transformation.
Yoga nidra is a practice where the body enters a state of sleep while the mind remains alert and receptive to guidance from an instructor. No previous experience is needed or required.
Yoga nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", has many potential benefits, including:

The only thing participates have to do is lie back, relax and allow the Sound Waves to wash over you.
Let the Vibrational Frequencies of the crystal singing bowls and gong do the healing work.
Sound healing has the strength to remove energetic blockages, reduce inflammation and pain in the physical body, and it encourages feelings of peacefulness and ease.
Please bring everything you need to lay comfortably for one hour: a blanket or two, bolster and a yoga mat. Please wear casual or sport comfortable clothing.

Angelika Grinberg - Certified Yoga Instructor (200h Yoga alliance verified), Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Angelika is practicing, teaching hatha, ayurvedic and yoga nidra in New York and in Italy for more than 10 years.
Marianna Tripp -Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Halotherapy Practitioner.
