Join me for an afternoon to pause the wold, slow everything down, quiet that busy mind, recenter, deeply rest, relax and restore your whole system so that you can feel calmer, lighter yet grounded and centred in yourself.In summer when life gets busier, the internal and external tempo increases, options feel endless and everything feels a bit airy, slowing down our internal speed and taking time to pause, ground and pull the attention back from all that is outside to what is within feels almost even more important than in winter.
These summer soundbaths are here for you to do just that - rest and pause, land and recenter, soothe and restore your nervous system, soften the body and clear the head from all the external noise so you can see a bit more clearly what’s happening within, what within you needs attention and tending to.
Come to take a moment for you, to just be and check in with yourself - how you are and where you should be going. Taking 1,5 hours to pause the world and treat yourself to something really soothing, nourishing and cup-filling!
WHAT ARE SOUND BATHS/SOUND THERAPY?
Sound therapy is an ancient technique used as a meditation tool to restore harmony in the physical and emotional body and to relax as it stimulates stress relief and gives a feeling of deep relaxation. After a session people tend to feel more clarity, more centred and ‘in tune’ with themselves.
The best way I can describe my experience of participating in sound baths is simply having the time, space and opportunity to effortlessly process and get clarity about everything happening in- and outside myself.
During the session you will be lying down under a blanket and the only thing to do is close your eyes and relax while different instruments played produce sound vibrations massaging our body internally and take you on a meditative inner journey.
I truly love this spacey yet grounding practice and invite you to come and take some time for yourself to process, relax and find some peace and calm, while being held by the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments such as the gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rattles.
Just the experience of being surrounded and embraced by the marvellous sounds and vibrations and sensing their immediate effect is such a beautiful experience in itself!

- Saturdays 13. July or 3. August 12.30-14.00
- doors open 10min before the event - arrive a few minutes early to have some tea and settle in.
* PLACE: Bülowsvej 50A, 1870 Frederiksberg, Denmark - No need to bring anything
* PRICE: 195 kr for one, 350 for two - Bring a friend who might need some self-care as well.
