A gentle, yoga-inspired session to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system. All levels welcome—no experience needed. Bring your own mat and wear comfy clothes.
3:00–5:00 PM: In-Depth Talk – Perimenopause & Menopause + Open Q&A (with video) Led by Dr. Sabrina Patel, MD, founder/medical director of ZIA Health. Board-certified in Family Medicine and Functional Medicine, certified in Perimenopause, Menopause & BHRT. She combines evidence-based care with holistic approaches to help women balance hormones, regain energy, and thrive. TEDx speaker on patient-centered care, longevity fellow, wellness co-author, drawing from her own autoimmune journey to empower others.
