Rest & Relax Guided Meditation (by DONATION), beginners welcome!
This meditation will be a chance for your body to feel complete relaxation on a deeper level. Allowing you to give yourself the amazing gift to disconnect for an hour to feel at peace. By attending this class you are giving yourself the ability to reconnect to your mind, body, & soul. Each time you find mindfulness, you strengthen your sense of calm and stillness to enrich your everyday life. The same class may be taken many times. Just like going to the gym for your soul.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes, and water.
Prior to class: Please arrive 10 minutes early, silence phones, including vibration. To keep the space safe & sacred, NO recording of any kind are permitted. People share their personal thoughts. If you are hearing impaired please let me know ahead of time. Once class starts the doors will be "closed" to allow participants the full uninterrupted experience of meditation. We ask that if you are feeling sick or feverish, let Jen know ASAP, please stay home to protect yourself & others.
