Dream Catcher Workshop & Sound Bath Experience

You are warmly invited into a deeply sacred and heart opening experience guided by Native American Elder Mark Good Thunder. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember the ancient medicine of rest, dreaming, and gentle protection.

Together, we will begin by handcrafting traditional Dream Hoops using Red Willow, a sacred plant honored for its resilience, feminine wisdom, and connection to the moon, water, and spirit world. With careful guidance and intention, your hands will learn this ancient practice in a respectful and traditional way. Each Dream Hoop is created as a healing tool, woven to filter fearful thoughts and invite peaceful, restorative dreams, rooted in the teachings of Spider Woman, the sacred protector and weaver of the web of life.

After the Dream Hoop making, you will be guided into a gentle meditation focused on the medicine of dreams and the power of positive, nourishing sleep. This is a space to soften the nervous system, release mental weight, and set intentions that continue to work long after the evening ends.

The experience then flows into a live Sound Bath featuring instruments from around the world, spanning cultures and time. Waves of sound will wash over you, creating a deep sense of calm, grounding, and inner spaciousness.
