• Grounding Breathwork – Take a moment to pause, breathe, and invite stillness into your body and spirit as we prepare for deep rest.
• Immersive Sound Journey – 432 Hz Crystal Alchemy Bowls layered with Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum & Koshi Chime work together to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for peace and renewal.
• Deep Rest – Gently drift into a restorative state as the body releases stress and tension, allowing the nervous system to soften and regulate.
• Integration Time – Reawaken slowly, feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

Lindsey, The Offering: Lindsey is a sound bath facilitator passionate about guiding others toward balance, relaxation, and inner peace. Through community sound baths, she creates safe spaces where participants can pause, rest, and restore. Using the frequencies of her instruments, Lindsey’s sessions encourage a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation, bringing harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
