Relax and Create Workshop

Thursday 16th April, 1pm to 3pm
Suitable for children aged 8+
£30 per person

Perfect workshop for stressed children! It's time for you all to take a break and relax during this holiday. An afternoon of creating therapeutically, learning how to express yourself with lots of different mediums!

With help from our Arty Farty SmARTys, you will be guided through different activities during the workshop. It might be painting, drawing, making or all three! We'll intersperse this with mindfulness exercises, helping us stay present, and sharing what we've created so everyone can be proud of their work.

For our longer days, please bring lunch with you to enjoy in the studio or you can take a walk down the High Street where there are a couple of cafes to choose from if you’re old enough to go on your own.

If you feel your child would benefit from one of our workshops but can’t afford it, please contact us. We have a pay it forward scheme and would hate for anyone to miss out on the benefit of creativity because of financial issues. Equally if you are able to pay it forward for someone else to benefit from our workshops, please get in touch.
