Relationship Skills Workshop

Relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives and our healing journeys. This is a recurring workshop, with a theme for each month. Each workshop will be held with grounded guidance, trauma informed leadership, and somatic experiences. We heal together, realationally and in community.

Come as you are, bring your heart, no matter how uncertain, confused, and exhausted you may feel.
