Prepare for 2027: Build Strong Teacher–Student Relationships through Relational Circles
Strong teacher–student relationships grow through everyday opportunities to listen, share and connect.
Relational Circles are a proactive part of Restorative Practices. They create space for teachers and students to understand one another, strengthen trust and build a classroom community where every student has a voice.
As you plan for 2027, consider how circles can become part of your classroom routines—building relationships before difficulties arise.
🌿 Relational Circle Workshop
📅 13 November 2026
This is a very practical, experiential workshop. You will participate in circles, practise facilitation and explore activities you can adapt for your students.
Learn how to:
• Build stronger teacher–student and peer relationships
• Encourage student voice, listening and participation
• Strengthen belonging and a sense of fairness
• Plan and facilitate purposeful circles
• Bring connection into everyday classroom life
