Meera, a first-generation South Asian American, has immersed herself in the study of Yoga, both in India and San Francisco. Her personal healing journey inspired her to become a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor (500 RYT) and to pursue a career as a therapist, where she is passionate about integrating Eastern wisdom with modern therapy. Introduced to Pranayama by her grandmother, Meera recognized a significant gap in how Yoga is often taught in the U.S. This realization ignited her mission to bring more authenticity, spirituality, and depth into Yoga spaces. Fearlessly advocating for a return to Yoga's roots, she now trains Yoga teachers and therapists to incorporate breath into their work. Through her classes and workshops on Pranayama, Meditation, and the mind-body connection, Meera shares the profound depth of Yoga as she learned it. Her unique background empowers her to guide clients in using Yoga as a powerful healing modality, helping them reconnect with their true selves.

Maryzelle is a San Franscican born Salvadorena-American who is passionate and committed to a life of music. Growing up amongst the vibrant and diverse music scenes in Austin, Texas & San Francisco, California, Maryzelle’s first love was the drums and has played in numerous bands. She has toured throughout the country as a rock & roll, psychedelic, and ambient musician. She studied percussion and sound therapy at Mills College (Oakland,CA), where she received her BA in Music in 2021. During her music studies, she also earned her 200 HR yoga teacher training certificate from Yoga Society of San Francisco. Her love of healing through music and movement has since continued to blossom, and along with banging the drums and evolving spiritually, she tapped into her divine goddess mission as a sound therapist. She utilizes a range of instruments and mediums including Gongs, Crystal quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, Shamanic Indigenous Drums, Voice, Plant Ceremony Instruments, & Sonic Energy Chimes. Being a full-time Sound Healer, Maryzelle's musical journey takes on a holistic approach. She creates an immersive experience that goes beyond the auditory, touching the very soul of her Audience.
