Rejuvenate Wellness Retreat

The "Rejuvenate Retreat" is a transformative weekend designed for Black women to take time for rest, reflection, and self-love as we close out 2024 and welcome in 2025. This retreat will create a supportive and empowering environment where women can relax, recharge, and connect with one another, fostering a strong sense of sisterhood.

Objectives:

• Participants to prioritize self-care and well-being.
• Provide a space for reflection on the past year and goal-setting for the coming year.
• Foster connections among members through interactive and engaging activities.
• Celebrate and uplift the collective voices and experiences of Black women.

Target Audience:

WAWT members, specifically Black women seeking community, self-care, and empowerment.

Key Activities:

• Friday Evening:
• • Welcome Reception: An opportunity for members to connect informally.
  • Vision Board Evening: An interactive session where members can visualize their goals and aspirations for 2025
• Saturday:
• • Morning Yoga Session: Guided yoga to refresh and revitalize.
  • Self-Care Pampering Sessions: Participants can choose from massages, pedicures, facials, or a swim.
  • Make-Up Masterclass: A hands-on workshop led by a member makeup artist Looks by Tos.
  • Pyjama Party
  • Pajama Party Dinner: A relaxed evening featuring dinner, games, and personal sharing.
  • Dance Party with Winters Majesty: An opportunity for participants to celebrate and enjoy each other's company through movement and music.
• Sunday Morning:
• • Breakfast & Connection: A final gathering to reflect on the retreat and share insights and connections made over the weekend.
  • Closing Circle: A time for members to set goals and commitments for the upcoming year.
