Rachel McBride is a compassionate and experienced international parent coach,drumming facilitator and advocate for Non Violent Communication. With a deep commitment to nurturing inner healing and fostering authentic connections, Rachel specializes in guiding parents through a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Rachel also leads educator workshops and facilitates wellness circles for teachers.

Whether she’s coaching parents-one-on-one, leading drum circles, or facilitating workshops on conscious communication, Rachel’s warmth, empathy and expertise shine through as she takes you on a journey of self-discovery, growth and empowerment.

Rachel resides in Southern California with her husband, their three teenagers and two dogs.

Dinuka Ranasinghe is a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach who passionately advocates for children and empowers mothers to discover Calm, Clarity, Confidence, and Deep Connection to be the best parents to their children.

As a dedicated mother of two boys and the owner/director of a preschool for over 16 years, Dinuka has directly impacted the lives of over 800 students and parents. With certifications from Dr. Shefali Tsabary in Conscious Parenting and Dr. Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry, Dinuka's expertise is deeply rooted in holistic child development. She brings a spiritual and holistic approach to her work, complemented by her certification in the Emotion Code Energy healing modality.

She has delivered international keynote speeches in Peru at Universidad Cesar Vallejo and the Congress of Peru, addressing topics like Conscious Leadership and Entrepreneurship along with Conscious Parenting and Educating to Parents and Educators alike. Her insights have been featured in renowned podcasts and summits such as The Holistic Healers Summit, Unlock Your Child’s Full Potential, and Inspired Grownups. Additionally, Dinuka has shared her expertise in educational forums at colleges, including Compton College, CA, establishing herself as a thought leader in the field.
