Step away from your routine to reset and refuel at our day-long yoga retreat. Led by Nola Garven, you’ll move through restorative yoga flows, relax in our hotel spa and thermal suite and restore your body with delicious, nutrient-rich foods. After a light breakfast, Nola will guide you through a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga session, focusing on cultivating a connection with your body and mind through mindfulness and breathwork.
After some free time in the spa and grounds, you’ll come back together as a group to enjoy a relaxed 2-course lunch as a group, before joining together in a second, more restorative yoga class – focusing on Yin principles for inner peace and clarity.
Your REJUVENATE & RESTORE YOGA RETREAT Schedule:
10am - Arrive and meet Nola, while enjoying a light breakfast including fresh juices, teas and coffee.
10.30am - Rejuvenating yoga session
11.30am - 1pm - Free time to enjoy the spa, relax and enjoy beautiful North Berwick.
1pm - 2pm - Relaxed 2-course group lunch
2.15 - 3.30pm - Restorative yoga session
3.30pm - 4pm - Light snacks and goodbyes
What's included:
- Two yoga sessions
- Light breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day
- Use of the hotel spa, pool and ice baths
- Please bring your own yoga mat and a pillow (or yoga bolster)
