After the incredible feedback and beautiful energy from our recent retreats, we knew we had to add another seasonal date just for you!
Join us for the Rejuvenate & Reset: Winter Edition Wellness Retreat - A half day retreat of movement, mindfulness, and deep rest on Sunday 30th November with
@alana.moriarty.fitness, @pilatesmethodbybbw & @osher.wellness.
This day is all about giving yourself the space to reset and recharge.
You’ll be guided through a nourishing blend of barre, Pilates, guided meditation, and a deeply calming alchemy crystal sound bath, all designed to help you feel balanced, energised, and more connected to yourself.
We’ll begin with an empowering barre session to awaken your strength, followed by a sculpting classical Pilates flow. These movement classes complement each other beautifully, helping you feel stronger both physically and mentally.
After moving the body, we’ll slow things down and enjoy a refreshing açai bowl from @koeksmanchester topped with granola, banana and strawberry with your choice of additional toppings and drizzles. You can also add on an ice coffee or ice matcha on the day.
The afternoon then flows into Georgia’s guided meditation, easing you into a peaceful sound healing journey, allowing you to fully relax, reconnect, and simply be. You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and inspired.
Whether you're new to wellness or returning to your practice, our retreats are open to everyone, no experience needed, just come as you are. 🤍

Please come hydrated and on a light stomach, wearing suitable activewear clothing.
Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided feel free to bring anything to make yourself more comfortable pillow, blankets, eye mask, water.
