In the living wisdom of Umā’s gifts of presence, we explore specific ways to access the essence of reality and full aliveness as human be-ing, through the ancient philosophy-sciences of Indian Tantra, Āyurveda and Yoga.

About Umā
Born into the ancient stream from which Tantra, Yoga, and Āyurveda emerged, guided through a 14-year apprenticeship with her Śaiva guru, refined through decades of applied study and lived practice, Umā carries a rare depth of embodied knowledge.

at 09:00 – 17:00 both days
Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early to sit and settle.
Experience:
No prior experience required.
Clothing:
Wear natural fibre clothing suitable for practice.
Please bring:
• Shawl or wrap
• Notebook and pen
• Mālā (if you use one)
• A light, digestible vegetarian lunch (or plan to eat nearby)
