Australian classrooms are diverse. Applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) allows teachers to cater for this diversity. UDL involves ensuring the Australian Curriculum is being used accurately and thinking about the strengths and functional impacts for all students within a classroom. Teachers then implement strategies that support all learners to overcome their barriers to the learning process. During the workshop participants will explore how to ensure the Australian Curriculum (V9.0) is being used accurately and practically embed the UDL framework into their planning.
