Allison has over 15 years’ experience driving innovation, insight and digital transformation across the sport sector. She currently leads Sport England’s work on innovation and digital; helping partners use technology, data and behavioural insight to make physical activity more accessible and inclusive. Her team’s recent work includes the Digital Futures programme, OpenActive, and groundbreaking research on digital inclusion and inequalities in sport.

Strategic Lead, Community Sport, London Sport
Daniel leads London Sport’s strategy to improve access to community facilities and build a more diverse and skilled local sport workforce. A grassroots coach himself, Daniel also chairs London Sport’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Core Group and brings hands-on experience from local government and community development to his role.

CEO, Greenhouse Sports

Don leads Greenhouse Sports’ mission to give every young person a fair chance to succeed through sport. A former England 7s player and Saracens professional, he has since built a career leading high-performing teams and transformational programmes across sport and business. Before joining Greenhouse, Don headed England Rugby’s Performance Pathways and developed the Saracens Academy into one of the UK’s leading talent systems.
