Welcome to Reimagining Anxiety: A creative support group to ease anxiety! Join us on Saturdays Jan 11-Feb 15 at 1785 W Stadium Blvd for a unique event focused on exploring creative ways to manage anxiety. This in-person support group will provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and learn new coping strategies through creative expression (no art skills neccessary!).
