About the Event
After a short pause due to my mother’s health condition, I’m happy to announce that my monthly Obanzai Kitchen is resuming. Thankfully, she is now stable — thank you all for your kind support!
Recently, I’ve also been preparing more soft-textured meals for her. Unlike pureed baby food, these dishes are designed to be easier to chew and swallow, but still beautiful, appetizing, and full of flavor. My goal is to show seniors respect, dignity, and love through food.
This event will be a chance to experiment with menus for my own family needs while also sharing ideas with the community.

今月のテーマ
母の体調のためしばらくお休みしていた「おばんざいキッチン」を、再開できることになりました。おかげさまで母も安定しており、皆さまの温かいご支援に感謝いたします。
近頃は母のために**やわらか食(ソフトテクスチャー食)**を作る機会が増えています。離乳食のようなペースト食ではなく、食べやすさと見た目の美しさを両立させた、味わい深い料理を目指しています。
高齢者に対して「尊敬・尊厳・愛情」を表現できる料理とは何か、一緒に考えながら楽しく学べる場にしたいと思います。
