✨ Sacred Yoga, Reiki & Sound Bath Experience ✨
Join us for a deeply nourishing two-hour yoga, reiki, and sound bath journey designed to calm the nervous system, open energetic pathways, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.
We’ll move gently through high-frequency yogic movement, intentional breathwork, and immersive sound designed to support chakra alignment, energetic clearing, and deep rest. Reiki healing will be woven throughout the experience, allowing space for release, integration, and renewal.
I’ve been teaching and practicing in this style for over 7 years and am so honored to share this offering in Hanna’s truly enchanted space. This evening is an invitation to slow down, soften, and receive.
