In This Class:
1. You'll be introduced to and attuned to two more traditional Reiki symbols, including the symbols for Mental/Emotional healing (which aids in emotional balance, stress relief, trauma support, and subconscious healing), as well as the symbol for Distance Healing (which enables healing across time and space—past, present, and future—for yourself and others). Both of these symbols are tools of empowerment, giving you the ability to amplify, direct, and extend the energy with clarity and intention.
2. Distant Healing Techniques: One of the most profound aspects of Reiki II is learning how to send Reiki energy to people, places, and events that are not physically present. You'll practice techniques for:
• Remote healing for loved ones
• Energetic support for life transformations
• Healing past wounds and future intentions
3. Emotional and Mental Healing. With the Second Degree comes a deeper level of self-awareness. You’ll explore how to:
• Address energetic imprints from emotional experiences
• Work with subconscious patterns
• Support healing from grief, anxiety, or trauma
4. Strengthen Your Intuition & Energy Flow. Many students report a noticeable shift in their intuitive gifts and energy sensitivity after receiving the Reiki II attunement. You’ll practice trusting your inner guidance and learn techniques to stay grounded and energetically clear.
