Reiki Training: Level 1 - Self Healing and Empowerment

What To Expect:

This intimate two day training course will not only introduce you to the wonderful Japanese healing tradition of Reiki, but will also help you to develop and strengthen your intuition.

We will start with silent contemplation, sacred tea and intention setting, before using a combination of teaching, sharing, discussing and practicing to explore Reiki, and what it can do for you and others.

The training will take place across Tuesday and Wednesday from 10-3 and will be limited to 3 people.

We will cover:

• What Reiki and energy is
• The history and origins of Reiki
• How Reiki supports Self Healing and Empowerment
• Your lineage within the Reiki tradition (pure and traceable to Usui)
• The attunement and 21 day clearing process
• How to self heal and give Reiki to others
• Reiki meditations
• The chakras
• The Reiki principles
• Everyday use of Reiki
• Creating safe and sacred spaces
• Energy protection and purification

You will receive:

• Reiki 1 Manual
• Reiki 1 Certificate
• Personal 1-2-1 attunement ceremony
• Online video content to support the teachings after our day together
• Continued support on your Reiki journey

Eva is a member of the UK Reiki Federation, and this training conforms with their guidelines for level 1 training courses.

Who is This For?

For many, level one is the first step in becoming a Reiki practitioner. However, your initiation into Reiki is a whole lot more than just that, and is a truly life-changing opportunity and experience. For many, Reiki becomes a way of life.

This training course and accompanying Reiki attunement will not only amplify your own healing journey and self healing capabilities, it also has the potential to unlock and expand your intuition, your spirituality and your consciousness.

What you Will Need:

You don’t really need anything other than yourself, but if you want to bring your journal, any significant crystals, photos or mementos, you are more than welcome.

Blankets and cushions will be provided. However, feel free to bring some snuggly socks, and anything else that will help you stay extra warm and comfortable.

Snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.

About the venue:

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. This training is mainly floor based, please contact me if you have any mobility issues.
