Reiki Level 1 training is designed to lay a solid foundation for people interested in practicing Reiki for their own well-being and potentially for others in the future. Upon completion, you are considered Reiki Level 1 practitioners, equipped to utilise Reiki for self-healing and to share its benefits with friends and family. This will give you the opportunity to go onto study Level 2 if desired in the future which is training for practitioner level.What to expect?
A two day course held in an intimate venue in Leith equipping you with the skills to learn about the origins of Reiki and fundamentals of self healing, unlike some 1 day courses I believe that more time is needed to digest the teachings.

You will receive a comprehsive Reiki Manual, the course will cover theory but there will be a strong focus on hands-on experience with energy work.

With over 7 years of dedicated training in energywork, reaching Reiki Masters level, alongside my immersive Shamanic training, and supplementary studies in Seichem Reiki— focused on elemental healing-I consider myself an eternal student, continuously seeking to expand my knowledge and deepen my practice. As a holistic therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and groups on their unique healing journeys, drawing from a diverse range of healingmodalities. I have had the privilege of offering personalised 1:1 healing sessions and leading transformative group healing experiences, both within the nurturing confines of my own practice and in dynamic community settings. Additionally, during the course of my training, I had the honour of teaching and co teaching several Reiki training groups, which further enriched my understanding and ability to impart this profound practice to others.
