This is practically based. The Reiki Taster session is for those people interested in learning about Reiki and want to know more about how to work with this safe, healing energy before starting a course. We learn about grounding and protecting; chakras , as energetic fields, how to use all our senses to create flow and balance. Even we won’t have attunements we can still work with and feel this beautiful energy. Cost £20:00
