The Reiki Taster session is for those people interested in learning about Reiki and want to know more about how to work with this safe, healing energy before starting a course. We learn about grounding and protecting; chakras , as energetic fields, how to use all our senses to create flow and balance. Even we won’t have attunements we can still work with and feel this beautiful energy. Cost £20:00
