What is a Sound bath/sound healing ?
- EveryBODY carries with them their own unique frequency made up of light energy and brainwaves. The Powerful vibrations emmited from singing bowls can help us to reconfigure the frequency of our own inner chaos, stress and conflict into a sense of calm that resonates within every cell of our body and mind. Sound healing helps us by stimulating the body to rediscover its own harmonic frequency.
??What is Reiki??
- Reiki is a form of energy healing passed down through generations from Mikao Usui. It is a Japenese technique that promotes stress reduction and total body relaxation. Reiki is based on the belief that life force energy flows through each of us. If ones "life force energy" is low then we are more likely to get sick and tend to be more easily affected by the stressors within our lives. When our "life force energy" flows in a high vibrational state, this is where we heal from and where we feel our best, at peace with what is, what was and whats yet to come.
● What to expect-
As you lay comfortably, you will be guided into a deep state of relaxation through meditation and breathwork leading you into a total sound bath experience. Here you RELAX, fully submerged within the powerful healing vibrations of sound.
This will be a group experience.
As you rest and relax your Reiki practioner will spend time with each individual working her way around the room channeling Reiki healing energy and placing her hands where it is most needed.
The last 30 minutes of class will be spent reflecting and journaling about your experience.

You are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring along a blanket.
