Reiki Sound Bath

This Reiki-infused sound bath is designed to support deep rest, energetic realignment, and gentle restoration.

During this 60-minute experience, you will be immersed in the vibrational tones of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments while Reiki energy is intuitively offered throughout the space. The combination of sound and Reiki works to:

• Calm the nervous system
• Clear stagnant energy
• Support emotional balance
• Encourage deep relaxation
• Promote subtle energetic alignment

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. When paired with sound healing, the experience becomes both grounding and expansive - helping you feel held, supported, and centered.

This is not a performance.
This is a space to rest.

Come as you are, settle into the sound, and allow yourself to rest. No prior experience with Reiki or sound healing is needed.
