This Reiki share is open to all practitioners who have completed at least Reiki Level I training, regardless of their Reiki lineage. We welcome you to join us and share your knowledge and experiences.In this Reiki share, we will practice grounding, centering, breathing, and meditation - including mudras/kanjis and a mantra that will help to get Reiki energy flowing as freely as possible. We will also have some discussion time wherein we can share experiences, ask each other questions, and get feedback and advice from one another. Then, we will have some play time with table treatments and hands-on healing, wherein you can practice both giving AND receiving (which we sometimes forget to do!)
If you have any tools you have been working with, such as gemstones, pendulums, sound healing tools, etc., you are welcome to bring them for this share.
