A Reiki Share is a gathering where Reiki practitioners come together in a supportive, communal setting to both give and receive Reiki energy. Participants typically form a circle or work in small groups, taking turns as the practitioner and the receiver. This creates a collective energy that deepens the healing experience, strengthens intuition, and allows each person to practice their skills while feeling the nourishing flow of Reiki from multiple hands. Reiki Shares are often warm, uplifting, and community-building experiences.
The benefits of participating in a Reiki Share extend beyond simple relaxation. Receiving Reiki from multiple practitioners at once can amplify the healing energy, promoting balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Practitioners gain confidence in their practice, refine their techniques, and learn from one another in a supportive environment. Reiki Shares also foster a sense of connection, belonging, and shared growth, making them valuable for both personal healing and community well-being.
We'll open with a sharing/introduction circle and then break into groups, sizes depending on the number attendees and tables. Crystals and "reiki treats" welcome but let's not use aromatherapy until we know everyone is ok with it. Please bring socks. Please bring a table and comfort items if you have one.
