As we step into September, we are reminded that we are both eternal students and beautifully human. Sometimes life pulls us away from the practices that bring us balance and joy—this gathering is a gentle call back home to Reiki.
Guided Self-Reiki
We’ll begin by filling our own cups with guided self-Reiki. We cannot pour into others without first nourishing ourselves. This is your time to slow down, to practice the pause, and to allow Reiki to flow freely through you. Reiki often feels like a warm blanket of comfort and compassion, gently moving energy without the mind needing to figure anything out. In this space, emotions we’ve held onto or buried may rise and find release. Remember—everything is energy, and energy wants to move.
Community Reiki Exchange
Afterward, we’ll move into small groups for shared Reiki. Our community is woven of practitioners and students at every stage, with experienced members guiding the tables as steady pillars. As you share Reiki with others, you are also receiving. Reiki is not your personal energy, nor another’s—it is Source energy flowing through us all, always aligned to the highest good of every participant.
Our Growing Reiki Community
Over the past five years, the Reiki community cultivated through Katy’s certification classes and workshops at Sage Sanctuary has blossomed. Our monthly shares have become a space of connection, learning, and healing. It is truly an honor to witness and be a part of this ever-growing circle, and I’m deeply grateful for each soul who joins.
What to Bring & Wear:
- Comfortable clothing
- A clean pair of socks (for shared Reiki sessions)
- Your own water
- Please refrain from perfumes or heavy scents
This event is free to Katy’s reiki certification students (past and present). Please notify Katy if you plan to attend.
