In this creative workshop, you’ll be guided through a brief meditation to center your mind and open your creativity. From that space of stillness, you’ll learn about the meaning and symbolism of mandalas, sacred circles that represent wholeness, balance, and connection.With step-by-step guidance, you’ll design and paint your own mandala, exploring colors and patterns that speak to your inner world. To complete your piece, you’ll craft a personal mantra: a word or phrase of intention, to place at the heart of your mandala, infusing it with meaning and energy.
You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind canvas that serves as a visual reminder of your inner calm, creativity, and intention. No prior art experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
