A Reiki share is a wonderful way to give and receive Reiki healing and is done so in a group setting, where more than one person gives healing to an individual. For those who are new to a Reiki share, attuned Practitioners of all levels come together to practice and share Reiki energy with each other.After one person has received Reiki, they switch places with another person, allowing everyone the opportunity to both give and receive. This creates a cycle of energy exchange. Each session can take anything between 15-30 minutes as a rough guide, depending on the group size.
Reiki shares are valued for their powerful group energy. When several Practitioners channel at the same time, the healing energy can feel more intense and profound, offering deeper relaxation and stronger healing effects.
This event is a lovely way to foster a sense of community and create a space for people to connect, help build confidence and enhance their Reiki technique.
Refreshments will be provided.
