Join us for a beautiful relaxing, healing practice. Supported, calming restorative yoga with the healing addition of reiki energy, provided individually to each participate throughout our practice
Studio props are always available, but we do Recommend bringing own blankets, Eye pillow, 2 pillowcases (if borrowing Studio bolsters) & pillow for head support-
