Step into a calm, grounding space for a Reiki Renewal Sound Bath designed to support gentle release, renewal, and growth this spring.

This experience weaves together sound healing and Reiki energy to help you soften, reconnect, and create space for what’s ready to emerge. As the seasons shift and new energy begins to take root, this session offers a moment to pause, reset, and return to yourself.

Guided by soothing sound instruments and subtle energy work, you’ll be invited into deep rest while your body and mind naturally unwind and rebalance.

This session is especially supportive if you are feeling:
• overwhelmed or mentally full
• in a period of transition or change
• ready to release and move forward with more clarity
• in need of rest, grounding, or emotional reset

• gentle grounding and intention setting
• Reiki-infused sound bath
• time for rest, integration, and stillness

No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
